CAME Connect greatly improves system assistance standards, and provides status updates on your automation. The Cloud platform sends email alerts for faults as soon as they happen, so you can request immediate action from your installer. You can fully customise the alerts you receive and for which type of event, including power outages, obstacle detection or unscheduled openings.

This powerful functionality enables you to remain alerted to any abnormal behaviour from your automation system, meaning you can remain safe and secure at all times.

Remote set-up

Your installer registers your new automation system on CAME Connect. This means they can start to set up your new automation even before they have arrived on site, making the installation much more efficient.

Your installer will be able to see a list of every device installed on your site, and whether the user has granted access rights.

SUPPORT REQUESTS

You create support requests detailing which device is involved and the type of issue it is having so your installer can better understand the problem.

With your permission, your installer will be able to remotely diagnose and pinpoint any potential system issues or faults by simply logging in to the SetUp app, so that your system is back up and running as quickly as possible.

Maintenance & servicing

To improve motor efficiency and prolong lifespan, the automation requires regular maintenance. Set up a maintenance schedule with your installer, so that you will both receive email notifications when your service is due, after either a set amount of time or the number of the uses the automation has undertaken.
